Hopi Ear Treatment

Hopi ear candles originated in the Hopi tribe of North Arizona, known for their healing practices, and was also used by ancient Greeks & Egyptians.
Treatment involves lighting a hollow candle placed in the ear, burning for 10-15 minutes, followed by an outer ear massage, helping you to relax into a meditative state of mind.​
Using a combination of pressure points and lymph drainage massage, this treatment helps to alleviate sinus problems and migraines.
How Hopi ear candles are used:

A cotton tube filled with beeswax, honey, and therapeutic oils is inserted into the ear

The flame warms the air, creating a vacuum that draws out impurities

The heat and massage stimulate lymph circulation and energy points in the ear

The vapors from the burning herbs and oils are inhaled
